5. Duration of data retention
We keep your data for the duration of our business relationship and in any case for the duration necessary for the purpose of the processing.

7. Computer security
7.1 General principle

For the St-Barth Store, La Cagnotte service, the partner institution is S-money, a subsidiary of Natixis. This institution is the sole recipient of the banking data and the amounts paid.
7.3 Security breach management
We have put in place a procedure for the prevention, management and remediation of security breaches and notification of personal data breaches, in accordance with legal and regulatory provisions. This procedure allows us to effectively address vulnerabilities and potential personal data breaches.
We undertake to notify the competent supervisory authority, i.e. the CNIL, of any personal data breach as soon as possible and, if possible, within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, if the breach in question is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms.
